Have you always wanted to swim in open water but don't know where to start? Or are you keen to enter an event but feeling nervous? Then you've come to the right place! I am an open-water swim professional based near Bristol, running regular group workshops, 1-2-1 coached sessions and skills training for open-water events and triathlon.

I began coaching because I wanted to share my love of swimming outdoors and help others experience the magic of an outdoor dip, the calm a lake swim can create, or
the excitement of taking part in an open-water swimming event. I specialise in helping beginners and nervous swimmers and know that a friendly face makes a big difference when you're trying something new.​

​You can find me at the Lake at Cromhall Quarry (not far from the M5/M4 just above Bristol) where I offer workshops, small group sessions and 1-2-1s.
